Return/Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our monogram cake toppers, we are unable to provide a refund nor accept returns on our products.  If your products/s arrive broken, damaged, or not as specified in your order, we will correct the issue (replace your topper)  at no expense to you if reported within 48 hours of receiving your topper.  We reserve the right to deny any refunds or returns that do not adhere to our guidelines.
